AVERT / The public record

Sources & accountability

A clear record matters. Read the original sources, distinguish history from current availability, and see the limits of each claim.

Evidence you can inspect

AVERT publishes its charter, original field photographs, recognition documents and links to independent reporting. The labels below distinguish AVERT’s own account from outside reporting and general public guidance. An outside link is a citation, not an affiliation or endorsement.

How to read the record

  • Operations described in 2017 and 2019 are historical. Confirm current assignments directly with AVERT before traveling or sending supplies.
  • Recognition belongs to the named recipient and period. It does not establish a government partnership, professional license or current operational readiness.
  • The fundraiser’s public organizer location is not a staffed headquarters or a receiving address.
  • The cinematic storm sequences are illustrations; the field record identifies original operational photographs.
  • A precise founding date, EIN and IRS determination are not published here. Ask the organizer for documentation needed for a donation decision.

Corrections and updates

Send a correction through AVERT’s contact page, with the page address, the statement in question and supporting evidence. Michael Brewer is the listed organizer and public contact. Published answers and structured exports are maintained from the same records. Updates should identify changed facts and their evidence; page timestamps alone do not prove a new field operation.

Record notes updated October 15, 2026. These notes describe the sources available to this website; they are not an independent audit or a claim that every external link is continuously available.
